For the international deliveries, we rely on trusted and competent logistics partners, and we follow the export procedures with precision and efficiency in order to avoid any issue. For the international deliveries, you can ask our operators to track your delivery. We are available to give all the necessary information, as well as customized consultancy and precise preventive, without any obligation.

- Any product we propose is authentic.
- You can ask for our proposal via e-mail, fax or phone.
- We will get in contact with you to clarify additional information we may need to proceed.
- Prices are taken from the official pricelist and are intended ex-factory and tax free.
- In case of special offer (due to showroom renewal campaign) you are promptly informed; otherwise any product is new and produced on your order.
- Regular carton packaging is included in our offer price. You will be informed of any eventual specific packaging need (wooden create) and it will be quoted accordingly.
- Custom duty and/or tax due in your Country are not included in our offer price, unless you ask us for DDP delivery.
- We will give details of shipping cost to final destination according to weight, volume and value of product. We will propose shipping options (ground – sea – air) jointly with expected transfer time. Through trustworthy forwarders we can manage port/airport delivery as well as door-to-door delivery.
- Products are shipped with insurance coverage. In case they are delivered with packaging damage while receiving goods, we ask you to inform us in order to open the claim and we proceed with substitution.
- Usual time for production is from 40 to 90 days according to product specification and manufacturer process. Launch to production is done after your confirmation of the order.
- Since any product is produced on order, cancellation is not accepted after we launch the production.
- Payment Conditions: by bank transfer.
- Instalment are requested according to order step.
- Any personal data is treated according to the Italian Law. Art. 13, D.L. no. 196 of 30/06/2003
